Cloud workspaces have a 25 MB limit. Images are compressed before saving. Existing plans are preserved when launch access ends; Free users can export previous cloud plans and use their device workspace.
Is it free right now?
Yes. All features are free until November 2, 2026 at midnight New York time. After that you can continue with Free or choose Creator. No automatic charge.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open the planner in your phone's browser, then add it to your home screen. After signing in online, the cached workspace can be used offline on that device. Cloud changes sync when your session and connection are available.
Can I bring in my existing plans?
Yes. Export a SHOTPLNR backup from the personal version, then import it in your account under My gear & backups. Check that cloud saving finishes before closing the app.
Can it take client payments?
It tracks your agreed price, received deposit and balance. It does not collect payments from your clients.
