A little help.
A smoother shoot.
Create your first shoot
- Choose New shoot and give it a name.
- Add a date, time and location.
- Choose a template or start from Custom.
- Edit the shots and pack your gear.
- Use Shoot Mode to capture your list.
Bring your old plans
- In the personal app, open My gear & backups.
- Export a backup and keep it safe.
- Sign in to the new account workspace.
- Import the backup. This replaces that account's current workspace.
- Wait until the status says Cloud saved.
Calendar & reminders
Dated shoots appear in Calendar. Tap a day to see its shoots or plan a new one.
For reminders, save the start time, duration and time zone in Client & booking, then download the calendar event. Import it into your calendar and allow notifications there.
Cloud saving & offline
Launch access and Creator sync to your account. Open the planner online once before using its cached workspace offline. Unsynced changes are kept on that device; export a backup if you see a sync problem.
If two devices edit at the same time, SHOTPLNR asks you to export pending changes and reload the latest cloud plan before continuing.
Client plans & delivery
Client & booking previews a shareable HTML plan. Download and send it yourself. Private notes, client contact details, gear and financial fields are excluded.
Delivery tracks your editing tasks, deadline and gallery link. Client payments are recorded manually; the app does not collect them.
Plans & account
All features are free until November 2, 2026. No automatic charge. After that, choose Free or subscribe to Creator when billing is available.
Use My gear & backups to manage or cancel a subscription, sign out or delete your account. Export a backup before deleting your account.
Add it to your phone
iPhone: open the planner in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen.
Android: open in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen from the menu. Installation options vary by browser.
