Your account
Use accurate account details, verify your email and keep your password private. Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. You must be at least 18 to create an account and enter a subscription agreement.
Your content and clients
You retain rights to your uploaded content. You authorize SHOTPLNR and its providers to store and process it to operate the app. Upload and share only content you have permission to use. You are responsible for your client agreements, booking commitments and information you enter.
Launch access
All features are free until November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. America/New_York time. No card is required and no subscription begins automatically. After that, you can use Free or choose Creator when billing opens.
Free and Creator
Free includes up to 3 active shoots, basic planning, three templates and device saving. Creator adds cloud saving and the full workflow for $2.99 USD per month. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. Cloud workspaces have a 25 MB limit and fair-use record limits described on Pricing.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
A Creator subscription starts only when you explicitly complete checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. Use your account's subscription management portal to stop future renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Contact support for billing issues or refund requests; nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.
Planning information
Location listings, golden hour estimates and shot suggestions are planning aids. Confirm access, opening conditions, permits and weather yourself. Calendar reminders depend on importing the event and enabling notifications in your calendar. SHOTPLNR does not collect payments from your clients.
Availability and backups
The service may change or be interrupted. Keep regular exported backups, particularly before deleting an account, replacing a workspace or clearing browser data. Do not rely on the planner as the only record of time-critical client obligations.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account after any active subscription ends. We may restrict accounts that misuse or disrupt the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply to future renewals.
