What you provide
Account information includes your name, email and password credentials. The app stores a salted password hash, not your plain-text password. Your workspace may include shoot plans, client contact details, booking amounts, notes, location information and reference photos that you choose to add.
Where it is stored
Account and workspace metadata are stored using Cloudflare D1. Cloud workspaces and reference images are stored using Cloudflare R2. Device drafts and cached files are stored in your browser for recovery and offline use. Free-plan workspace changes stay on your device after launch access ends.
Essential cookies and local storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Browser storage keeps drafts associated with your account and the cached app. This app does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the app and processes web requests. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails when email delivery is connected. Stripe handles Creator subscription payments when billing opens; card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by SHOTPLNR. Providers handle information under their own policies.
Sharing a plan
The client-plan download includes your shoot name, client name, date, time, location, meeting point, shot descriptions and references. It excludes private notes, contact details, gear and booking amounts. You decide who receives downloaded plans and backups.
Retention and deletion
Cloud plans are retained until you update or delete them or delete your account. Expired session, verification and reset tokens are removed by scheduled cleanup. Browser drafts can remain on a device until you clear them. To remove your account and cloud workspace, use Delete account after any active subscription ends. Export a backup first. Stripe may retain billing records under its own requirements.
Your choices
You can edit workspace information, export a backup, remove shoots and reference photos, or request help with access or deletion by emailing support. Avoid uploading information you do not have permission to store or share, and use particular care with client and children's information.
